These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of majesty-coaching.com (the "Site") and your participation in the Regentis™ programme operated by Justus Wisser (Majesty-Coaching). By using the Site or purchasing the programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Protection Policy.

Majesty-Coaching offers Regentis™, a 180-day business consulting programme designed for operators of info products and service businesses with consistent monthly revenue at or above €10,000. The programme includes weekly 1:1 sessions with Justus, written diagnostics, an implementation stack (sheets, SOPs, dashboards), unlimited async communication during business days, and a 90-day written checkpoint review.

Regentis™ is a consulting and coaching service. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or psychological advice. See the Earnings Disclaimer for the full statement on results and outcomes.

3. Application & admission

Admission to Regentis™ is by application only. Submitting an application does not create a contract; we will respond with either an invitation to a strategy call or an honest decline within a reasonable time. Applicants below the €10,000/month qualification floor are routed to the free LifeOS path and are not admitted to the programme.

4. Intellectual property

Our rights

All materials on the Site and within the programme — including text, designs, logos, graphics, videos, written briefs, sheets templates, and SOPs — are the intellectual property of Majesty-Coaching and are protected by German and international copyright and trademark law. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download individual pages for personal reference provided that all copyright notices remain intact.

"Regentis™", "Majesty-Coaching", and the LifeOS™ are unregistered trademarks of Justus Wisser pending registration. Use of these marks outside personal reference requires prior written consent.

Your submissions

If you submit content to us (testimonials, case-study contributions, written feedback, photos, or videos), you represent that (i) you own the content or have permission to use it, (ii) you are at least 18 years old, and (iii) you grant Majesty-Coaching a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content in any media for any lawful purpose. We may remove submitted content at our discretion at any time.

Linking

Plain-text links to the Site are permitted without implying endorsement. Framing, embedding, or reproducing Site content within another site or product requires written permission.

5. Payment terms

The Regentis™ programme fee is €8,000 (eight thousand euros), payable either as a single payment or in 4 monthly instalments of €2,500 each. The payment plan is selected at the point of contracting. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., subject to Stripe's terms.

Where the programme is paid in instalments and a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve billing within 14 days. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access to programme materials and sessions until the balance is settled, without affecting your contractual obligations.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, sales of digital products are final once access has been granted. Statutory consumer rights — including the right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB for consumer contracts where applicable — remain unaffected.

6. Results guarantee

LEGAL REVIEW PENDING. The full binding mechanics of this guarantee — including the precise definition of "measurable progress," the criteria that constitute "consistent delivery," the 90-day checkpoint review process, the cap on extended free working (proposed: an additional 180 days), the refund eligibility window, and the arbitration clause — must be finalized by a qualified German lawyer before publication. Contact support@majesty-coaching.com for the current binding wording before signing the programme contract.

7. User responsibilities

You agree not to use the Site or the programme to:

• Restrict or inhibit other users' access to the Site;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation;
• Encourage or facilitate illegal activity;
• Hack, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• Post, upload, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or harassing content;
• Upload malware or any code that may damage systems or data;
• Harvest data from the Site without consent;
• Advertise products or services without prior written approval.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you receive in connection with the programme. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and programme materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

Nothing on the Site or in the programme constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or mental-health advice. Regentis™ is an educational and operator-coaching programme. Outcomes depend on numerous factors specific to your business and effort, and no specific result is guaranteed beyond the express results-guarantee clause in § 6 above.

9. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Majesty-Coaching, Justus Wisser, or any affiliated parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Site or the programme.

Aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the total amount you paid for the programme in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or under mandatory consumer-protection law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or the programme at our discretion in cases of material breach of these Terms (including non-payment, abuse, or violation of § 7). Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For business customers (B2B), the courts at the registered seat of Majesty-Coaching have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, the mandatory venue rules of the consumer's place of habitual residence apply. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's home country apply regardless of these Terms.

12. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to existing programme participants via email at least 14 days in advance.
