Senior Programme Coach

Contract → permanent Remote (DACH preferred) Part-time, 20 hrs/wk

You take a Regentis™ cohort end-to-end alongside Justus: weekly 1:1s, written diagnostics, async support, 90-day reviews. You're the second pair of hands on real client work, not a junior shadowing.

What you've already done
  • Run your own service or info business through €25k+/month, or coached operators who did
  • Sat in on at least 200 client diagnostics-style calls
  • Written SOPs that another human actually followed
  • Held a real P&L — not just shipped strategies
How we'd know it's a fit
  • You can read a sloppy revenue spreadsheet and name the binding constraint in 5 minutes
  • You'd rather lose a sale than oversell the programme
  • You don't need a script for hard conversations

Operations & Programme Lead

Permanent Remote (EU time zones) Full-time

You own the operating system of Majesty-Coaching: client lifecycle, programme delivery infrastructure, vendor stack, hiring ops, and the LifeOS as an internal product. You make sure the place runs without burning anyone out, including yourself.

What you've already done
  • Run ops in a small high-trust company (5–25 people) for at least 3 years
  • Owned a vendor stack of 10+ tools and the budget that goes with it
  • Built a hiring funnel that delivered at least one excellent hire
  • Lived inside Notion, Sheets, Stripe, Kit (or equivalents) at fluency level
How we'd know it's a fit
  • Your default move when something breaks is to write the SOP, not wait for someone to ask
  • You're allergic to "let's hop on a quick call" when an async note would do
  • You read the contract before signing it — every time

Content & Editorial Lead

Contract Remote Project-based

You shape the public voice of Majesty-Coaching: long-form essays, case-study writing, the LifeOS course curriculum, and the words on every page of this site. The voice is locked (operator-to-operator, never hype, no filler verbs); your job is to make it sing without softening it.

What you've already done
  • Written for a serious B2B brand whose voice could not have been written by anyone else
  • Shipped at least one long-form piece (3,000+ words) that converted measurably
  • Edited other writers without flattening their voice into yours
  • Read enough business writing to know which received wisdom is wrong
How we'd know it's a fit
  • You can quote three lines from this site that you'd cut, and explain why
  • You think most "business writing" is bad on purpose because it's safer
  • You write the kind of email people actually finish reading
