No third party is authorised to make such claims on Majesty-Coaching's behalf.

Revenue and outcome statements anywhere on this site — case studies, testimonials, the results page, the hero strip — are presented as estimates, illustrations, individual experiences, or opinions only, with no assurance of comparable results for you. Prior client successes do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes for any other operator. Outcome figures should not be considered typical or representative.

(i) Individual differences

Business outcomes depend on many factors specific to you, including but not limited to: your starting revenue, market and pricing power, offer-market fit, delivery capacity, team and hiring decisions, cash position, prior systems and infrastructure, your willingness and ability to implement the programme work consistently, the time you actually invest, your skills and prior experience, the condition of the broader economy, your personal energy and health, and chance. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome without knowing — and controlling for — every one of these factors, and we control for none of them.

Majesty-Coaching is not a licensed financial adviser, tax adviser, lawyer, or accountant, and Justus Wisser does not act in any of those capacities. (iv) Consult your professional advisors

Consultation with qualified professional advisors is recommended before making any pricing change, hire, structural change to your business, debt or equity decision, tax-relevant decision, or contract change. (v) Tools, templates, and dashboards

The LifeOS, sheets, dashboards, SOPs, and any other tools provided through the programme are starting points and reference patterns. Output, formulas, and projections produced by those tools are indicative only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not warrant the accuracy of any computation produced by these tools, and we do not provide regulated financial-software functionality. Verify every number that informs a real decision before acting on it.

Testimonials, reviews, case studies, and operator stories shown anywhere on this site or within the programme are individual experiences. They are not intended to guarantee, suggest, or imply that you or any other operator will achieve comparable results. Where consented, results are attributed by first name and business type; specific names and identifying details are anonymised on request.

Materials provided through the programme may include statements about expected benefits — for example, the public results-guarantee wording. These statements express opinions, intentions, or programme-design goals only. No guarantee is made regarding actual outcomes for any specific participant beyond the express results-guarantee mechanics defined in the Terms & Conditions § 6 and the binding contract signed between Majesty-Coaching and the participant.

You should conduct independent research, exercise commercial caution, and seek qualified professional advice before acting on any information provided through the site or the programme. Programme content is not a substitute for professional guidance specific to your situation.

(ix) Assumption of risk

By engaging with the site, the LifeOS, or the Regentis™ programme, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all commercial risks associated with implementing the work and release Majesty-Coaching, Justus Wisser, and any affiliated parties from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for losses arising from your business decisions, except as provided in the express results guarantee and any mandatory consumer-protection law.

(x) Pricing

The Regentis™ programme is priced at €8,000 (or 4 × €2,500) at the discretion of Majesty-Coaching. Pricing reflects the programme's design and Majesty-Coaching's positioning; it does not reflect any objective external valuation standard. Pricing may change for future cohorts; the price you signed for is the price you owe.
